1. In the bottom text box next to the Connect button paste this text: rtmpt://wowza.lapthorn.com/videorecording
2. Click the Connect button
3. Above the Record button type something meaningful like your name, date and time. e.g. fred-20100302-1211 so we can find your recording later and check the quality
4. Click the Record button and record some video
5. Click the Stop button and wait for the video on the right hand side to play. This might take a little while...
6. Let someone know what the video quality was like... and we'll check the quality too
